应用 |
用0.1和1.0 μM浓度的zoledronic acid处理 MCF-7细胞对细胞凋亡几乎没有影响。与对照组相比,10 μM 和100 μM zoledronic acid处理细胞观察到凋亡细胞比例增加(分别为28.7% 和70.7%,而对照组为22.57%)。用0.1–1 μM的zoledronic acid处理MDA-MB-231细胞不能引起凋亡增加,但用10和100 μM zoledronic acid 处理导致凋亡细胞比例显著增加(分别为对照的126.6%和126.6%)。当细胞与100 μM zoledronic acid 一起孵育24-96小时,证实MCF7细胞凋亡时间依赖性显著增加。 |
