NSC 14613是多能干细胞的特异性抑制剂(PluriSIn),选择性地去除人多能干细胞(hPSCs),留下大量祖细胞和分化细胞。在15种已确认的PluriSIn中,NSC 14613(亦称PluriSIn#1)是一种N-酰基苯肼的衍生物,与其它9种PluriSIn共享常见的苯基肼(PH-N[H,C]-NH)结构部分。NSC14613也是硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD1)的抑制剂,抑制hPSCs中SCD1的活性,引起底物和产物失衡,以及随后的棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸酯积累和油酸不足。研究结果表明,NSC14613能诱导hPSCs内质网应激,蛋白质合成衰减和细胞凋亡,可用于防止致瘤未分化细胞形成畸胎瘤。
