HyperScript™ IV Reverse Transcriptase是在M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase 基础上经过基因工程改造后获得的第四代逆转录酶,在逆转录反应中具有强大的扩增能力和可靠性,该酶在抑制剂抵抗性、延伸能力和反应速度方面得到了显著改善,同时保留了第三代逆转录酶的优点,包括热稳定性、高效全长cDNA合成和降低的RNase H活性。本产品可用于在抑制剂存在的情况下(RNA提取过程的残留)提供可靠,持续,快速的cDNA合成。
本试剂盒包含合成第一链cDNA所需的所有组分,并提供Random Primer和Oligo(dT)23VN两种cDNA合成引物。可根据实验需要选择Random Primer、Oligo(dT)23VN或基因特异性引物作为逆转录引物,合成的第一链cDNA产物可用于后续的PCR扩增、qPCR反应等实验。
本逆转录酶的特征包括:
- 显著提高了对多种可能干扰cDNA合成的抑制剂的耐受性
- 可对多种样品进行稳健的cDNA合成
- 较快的逆转录速度,可将孵育时间从大于50分钟缩短至10分钟
