HyperChrom Protein G 4FF Agarose是一款通过CNBr活化的方式将Protein G偶联到Chromstar基架上而制成的亲和层析介质。Protein G可以与多种哺乳动物IgG的Fc区域结合,同时也与其Fab区域有较弱的亲和力。
与Protein A相比,Protein G有着更为宽广的结合谱。因此,HyperChrom Protein G 4FF Agarose可用于从不同液体样本(如:细胞培养基或血清等)中分离和纯化免疫球蛋白及其片段。HyperChrom Protein G 4FF Agarose也可以用来分离免疫复合物。
