ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Detection Kit (Ultrasensitive)是一款具有特超高灵敏度的增强型化学发光(ECL)底物,也是我们几款ECL发光液中的灵敏度最好的化学发光底物,可通HRP实现低飞克级(以HRP浓度为准)的免疫印迹检测。其灵敏度,发光时间和背景均明显优秀。有以下特点:
- (1)灵敏:使用适当的一抗和二抗时,可在硝化纤维膜或PVDF膜上检测丰度为飞克级的蛋白条带。
- (2)定量:所得信号的可定量检测范围跨越两个数量级。
- (3)明亮信号:通过胶片或成像系统进行曝光,易于捕获图像。
- (4)长信号持续时间:优化条件下,可检测的光信号输出长达8小时。
- (5)稳定试剂:试剂盒组分能够在4°C条件下稳定放置一年,在室温下可稳定放置6个月。
- (6)价格经济:配方经过优化,可适用于浓度极低的抗体检测。
当本产品底物与优化的抗体浓度和封闭缓冲液配合使用时,可检测到常规ECL底物无法检测的低丰度靶标蛋白。
