Bleomycin sulfate(BLENOXANE)是由链霉菌verticillus 菌株产生的具细胞毒性的糖肽类抗生素混合物。已知此组分通过逼近金属和协调双氧以产生活性氧,引起DNA单链和/或双链的断裂。
Bleomycin sulfate治疗通过抑制DNA和蛋白质合成,导致E.coli 细胞伸长和HeLa细胞肿大[ 1 ]。
此组分广泛应用于:与羟柔毛霉素联合用药治疗Hodgkin's淋巴瘤,睾丸癌、鳞状细胞癌、肺纤维化以及足底疣的治疗。例如,Bleomycin sulfate对劳氏肉瘤病毒诱发的小鼠腹水肉瘤也显示具有中等到显著的作用,特别是在F1杂种小鼠被当作宿主动物时[ 2 ]。此外,近期研究支持促炎细胞因子IL-18 和IL-1beta在Bleomycin sulfate诱导的人和小鼠肺损伤机制中的作用[ 3 ]。
