体外实验:BIM 23056以亚纳摩尔亲和力与SSTR3结合.BIM 23056对SSTR3具有显著的选择性,浓度高达1 μM的BIM 23056与SSTR1或SSTR2没有显著的相互作用.BIM 23056对SSTR3产生30,000倍的选择性,在未来研究中可以作为SSTR3的选择性配体[1].此外,研究发现,BIM 23056可以作为人重组sst5受体的有效的和可耐受的拮抗剂.这种拮抗作用具有一定的特异性,BIM 23056不抑制UTP诱导的[Ca2+]或Ins(1,4,5)P3的增加[2].
在体实验:没有相关的在体动物实验数据.
临床试验:截至目前,BIM 23056还处于临床前开发阶段.
